SleepBitPrivacy Policy
Ryan logic. Inc ("we", "us") provides the SleepBit sleep and snoring tracker app ("the app") and this website. We handle your personal data with care and comply with applicable data protection laws. This policy explains what data we process, why, where it is stored, for how long, and how you can delete it.

1. At a glance
- Sound from the microphone is analysed on your device to detect snoring while you sleep. Snoring recordings stay on your device only and are not uploaded. Our servers store session summaries such as counts and times.
- The app records through the microphone all night, so voices or conversations of other people in the same room may be recorded. Please tell anyone who shares the room.
- You sign in with a Google account. We use Google's Firebase services for sign-in and storage.
- Free users see an ad from Google AdMob before the morning analysis result. Google processes the advertising ID and device information for that. Subscribers see no ads.
- We do not sell your personal data. We do not collect your location, contacts or photo library.
- Health Connect integration is optional. The data it provides is used only on your device and is never uploaded or used for advertising.
- You can delete your account and data in the app (Profile > Account management) or through Delete your account and data.

3. Health Connect data (optional)
Only if you turn on wearable integration and grant permission do we read the data below from Health Connect. It is used only on your device, is never uploaded, and is not used for advertising.

You can revoke the permission at any time in Health Connect. The result is for reference and is not a medical diagnosis.
4. App permissions and what they are used for

5. Advertising
Free users see a full-screen ad before the morning analysis result. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, and Google processes the advertising ID (AAID), device information and IP address. That processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can delete your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in Android Settings > Google > Ads. In some regions Google's consent management (UMP) screen asks for your ad-related consent, and your choice may limit use of the advertising ID. Subscribers see no ads. Sleep and health data are not used for advertising.
6. How we use data
We use data only to provide the service (recording, reports, sync, alarms), manage accounts, show ads and verify purchases, and answer your questions. If the purpose changes we will tell you beforehand and obtain consent where required.
7. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties except where required by law. The following companies process data to operate the service.

8. International transfers
Our processors' servers run on Google's cloud infrastructure and may be located outside your country (for example in the United States). While you use the service, the items in the table in section 7 are sent over the network (encrypted with TLS) to Google LLC for sign-in, storage, ads and purchase checks, and kept for the period in section 9. If you do not want this, please do not use the app or ask us to delete your data.
9. Retention and deletion
- Account and session data on the server: kept until you delete your account. Deleting it removes your Firebase Authentication account and your session data in Firestore.
- Recordings and settings on your device: kept until you uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone settings. You can also delete individual snoring clips in the journal.
- Payment records: kept for the period required by e-commerce and similar laws, then deleted. Only these records may be retained after account deletion.

10. Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data. Use Account management in the app or email support@lynkapp.cc and we will act after verifying your identity. You can revoke the microphone, notification and Health Connect permissions at any time in your phone settings.
11. Sensitive (health) information
Sleep and snoring records and Health Connect heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep stage data are information about health and may be sensitive data. We process them only within the scope of your separate consent (the app's notice and the permission you grant), and you can withdraw consent at any time. Without consent, features other than sleep recording remain available, but the features that depend on that data may be limited.
12. Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS, and Google Cloud encrypts stored data by default. We apply access control so that a signed-in user can reach only their own data, and limit our own access to the people who need it.
13. Children
You must be at least 14 years old to sign up. The app is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.
14. Health information
The sleep score, sleep stages, snoring counts and suspected breathing-pause indicators are wellness information for reference, based on estimates from phone sensors. They are not a medical diagnosis or advice. See the Health information notice.

17. Using the website (lynkapp.cc)
- This website uses no cookies and no visitor analytics tools.
- To remember the language you chose, it stores one language code (for example ko) in your browser's local storage. It is never sent to a server and you can clear it in your browser settings.
- The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process access logs such as your IP address.
- Emails you send to support@lynkapp.cc are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox and are used only to answer questions and handle deletion requests.
- On articles that contain a video, the video thumbnail is loaded from Google (YouTube), and playing it uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Google processes data separately in that case.
18. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will announce it on this page and in the app at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes that are less favourable to you).
