SleepBitDelete Your Account and Data
This page explains how to delete your SleepBit account and the data stored on our servers. You can do it yourself in the app, or ask us by email if you cannot use the app.
Option 1. Delete in the app
- Open SleepBit and go to Profile > Account management.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- When it finishes you are signed out and the data listed under "What is deleted" is removed.
Option 2. Ask by email
- Send an email to support@lynkapp.cc from the email address of the Google account you use to sign in to SleepBit. Use the subject "SleepBit account deletion request".
- In the message, write the email address you use to sign in to SleepBit. If you write from a different address we may ask for extra confirmation to verify it is you.
- After verifying your identity we delete your data within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Account: your Firebase Authentication account, email address, name, profile photo URL and account ID
- Sleep sessions, profile and statistics stored on the server (Firestore): sleep times, snoring and restlessness figures, score and points
- When you delete in the app: the analysis data and snoring recordings on this device are removed too.
What may be kept
- Payment records: the law requires us to keep them for a set period, so we keep them for that period after you delete your account and then delete them. We keep nothing else.
What you remove yourself

| Your Google account itself | Manage it in your Google account settings. Deleting your SleepBit account does not delete your Google account. |
| Subscription | A subscription may not be cancelled automatically when you delete your account, so please cancel it first under Subscriptions in Google Play. |
Deleted data cannot be recovered, so keep anything you need on your device first. See the Privacy Policy for details.
